Shipping Policy

At Crystal Citi (Crystal Citillc LLC), we work hard to get your order to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping terms below.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day.

Transit Time

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery is 3–7 business days within the United States. In total, most orders arrive within 4–9 business days of being placed.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on every order — no minimum order value or coupon required. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not accept or ship international orders at this time. Orders placed with a non-US shipping address will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your package. You can also check status any time on our Order Tracking page.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Delays

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Once a package leaves our facility, delivery is in the hands of the carrier. Delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier volume, peak seasons, or other factors beyond our control.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, or if a package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
