Order Cancellation Request

Refund Processing for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before the order has been processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Once approved, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

I Have Not Received My Order Yet. Can I Cancel It?

If your order has not yet been shipped or processed, we may be able to cancel it and issue a full refund.

However, once an order has been:

  • Shipped
  • Packed and prepared for dispatch
  • Handed over to the carrier

it can no longer be canceled.

Eligible orders may still qualify for a return under our Return & Refund Policy.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately.

Address correction requests are handled on a case-by-case basis:

  • If the order has not yet shipped, we may update the address.

Custom or Special Orders

If applicable, custom or special-order items may begin processing immediately after purchase.

Once production, preparation, or customization has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
