Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please follow these steps within 7 days of delivery:

Without sufficient photographic proof, we may be unable to provide a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
Crystal Citi LLC is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
