Return Eligibility

We accept eligible returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging
  • All included parts, accessories, and materials must be included
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Returns requested after the 30-day return period may not be accepted.

If an incorrect item was ordered by the customer or the return is due to a change of mind, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.


Return Method

All returns are processed by mail only.

At this time, Crystal Citi LLC does not accept in-store returns for online purchases.


Return Shipping Label

For approved eligible returns, a prepaid return shipping label may be provided.

To return an item:

  1. Carefully repack the product in its original packaging
  2. Attach the provided return shipping label to the package
  3. Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier location

If you have not received or have misplaced your return label, please contact our customer support team for assistance.


Restocking Fee

Crystal Citi LLC does not charge any restocking fees for approved eligible returns.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
  • Your order number or purchase details
  • A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery or without sufficient supporting information may not qualify for replacement, refund, or store credit.


Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are generally processed within 7 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, additional processing time may apply before funds appear in your account.
